Purpose - Social Interaction

I want this section of the website to be geared towards customer interaction.  On this page the customer will be able to ask questions, enter contests, upload design requests, etc...  Basically the sub pages of this page need to be geared towards uploading content from the end users.

 

A minimum level of security will be required to upload content.

 

All new content will be approved prior to publication

 

End users can be assigned as non moderated when warranted, by default all comments are moderated
