Color Scheme
Phoenix Project
About Me

Just a different color scheme for a different section of the site.

The color of the fill and border of the site specific content boxes should match the current theme.

I like shadows under boxes and a glow effect too.

I'm anticipating using a variety of color schemes, each associated to the section of the web site you are currently navigating.  Below are some of the color samples I've used.  Most are in the pastel color range which is what I want to use for the various topics in the web site.

So each section of the site, i.e. The Phoenix Project, will have a pastel theme that is separate from another section of the site i.e. About Me.

For the learning center I want to use a font color scheme of Navy and Maroon on a silverish/greyish background.

For the Learning Center, I'm a big fan of putting everything in boxes with headers, like shown in the picture below, to assist with in content navigation.

Some blog entry or other subject matter

I want the content box colors to remain consistent throughout the whole site however. So a blog entry background and border will be displayed the same on regardless of which section of the site is displaying the blog.

I'm not tied to any specific color, font, size, etc..., whatever looks good!

For the font header and navigation I want to use something like the Coolsville bold font. I like the way the font is curved around the corners and doesn't really have many sharp points.

The color scheme chosen for things like blog entries, calendar events, etc... will be consistent across all sections of the web site.
