Evaluated the DoA’s legacy system used for tracking all Public Works projects, funds, expenses, and vendors. Designed, developed, and implemented
a Cold Fusion / MS SQL Server database driven financial and project management system. Developed a reporting system allowing Internet
access to view the financial data associated with all projects. Developed a Project Management application allowing project managers
to manage their projects on-line and to generate timeline reports. Implemented multiple levels of security for the application.
Reduced data entry and report generation times by over 50%. Created feeds to interface with the States STARS financial application.
Have been called back three times for to create enhancements and new modules for the application.

Designed and developed a MS SQL Server powered web application to generate real estate licenses for the State of Idaho. The application
tracks all brokerages and real estate agents who are licensed to conduct real estate transactions in the State. The application tracks
education requirements per individual, complaints made against the individual, insurance carried by the company or individual, changes made to their
name or address, etc... The application contains a financial portion to track all monies received for licensure. The application
prints several different types of notification letters and the actual licenses. Security and audit checks were implemented to insure that
only people who are qualified to receive a license can get one.
