Hi there, my name is Kurtis, AKA KomputerMan. I developed the Web Based Inventory Control Application and the Da Web Time Clock Application that is featured on this web site. I have developed numerous web based database applications for various State of Idaho Agencies, Amkor Wafer Fabrication Services and DongBu Electronics. I designed, developed, and implemented several MS Access databases for Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center and Micron Custom Manufacturing Services. In addition to developing databases I have taught the IS 217 Fundamentals of Relational Database Design course at Boise State University. Designed, developed, and implemented a Cold Fusion / MS SQL Server database driven financial and project management system.   Developed a reporting system allowing Internet access to view the financial data associated with all projects.   Developed a Project Management application allowing project managers to manage their projects on-line and to generate timeline reports.   Implemented multiple levels of security for the application.   Reduced data entry and report generation times by over 50%.   Created feeds to interface with the States STARS financial application.    Have been called back three times for to create enhancements and new modules for the application.
State of Idaho – Real Estate Commission, Boise, ID
Designed and developed a MS SQL Server powered web application to generate real estate licenses for the State of Idaho.   The application tracks all brokerages and real estate agents who are licensed to conduct real estate transactions in the State.   The application tracks education requirements per individual, complaints made against the individual, insurance carried by the company or individual, changes made to their name or address, etc...   The application contains a financial portion to track all monies received for licensure.   The application prints several different types of notification letters and the actual licenses.   Security and audit checks were implemented to insure that only people who are qualified to receive a license can get one.
State of Idaho – Central District Health Department, Boise, ID
Created Cold Fusion web applications for CDHD that displays restaurant and Child Care inspection results.   Developed applications for public registration and internal management of CDHD sponsored training sessions and video tapes.   Implemented Intranet security scheme.   Provide on call support for CDHD’s data driven web based applications.
Amkor Wafer Fabrication Services, Dongbu/Anam Electronics, Boise, ID
Developed several interactive web applications using Cold Fusion and JAVA scripting.   Designed relational databases using Oracle, AS/400 DB2, and MS Access.   Built a Test Engineering Reporting application that interfaced with a JAVA based graphing engine.   Assisted with network design, Cisco PIX Firewall management, Windows (NT 4.0, 2K, and XP) server administration and UNIX Administration.   Setup and maintained IIS and Cold Fusion web servers.   Provided programming and technical support to the Amkor office from November of 2000 until the office was closed in July of 2003.
